FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are your operating hours?
Our pet boarding facility is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Saturday we are closed for pick-up/drop-offs, and return messages. Reception for drop offs and pick ups are open between 8am-10am and 3pm - 5pm.

What services do you offer? We offer pet boarding, daycare, canine nutrition coaching, enrichment services, and wellness services - massage, red laser therapy, pain assessments and wellness consults. Your pet can enjoy a safe, relaxing, and healing stay with us while you’re away.

What should I bring for my pet's stay? Please bring your pet's food (no bowls- we supply those), any medications they need, and a familiar item like a blanket or toy to make them feel at home- dogs receive food and water dishes, bed, blanket, and a toy with us.

Are there any requirements for boarding? Yes, all pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including Distemper, Adenovirus, and Parvovirus. Please provide proof of vaccination when you reserve booking, must be valid at check in date.

Can I check on my pet during their stay? We provide an update every 2 days of your pet via email. You can also see them daily in videos and photos on our social accounts (FB & Insta).

How do I make a reservation? You can make a reservation by email, call or text - see top of page.

What is your cancellation policy? Please see policies under Pet Care Services

What if my pet has special needs or dietary restrictions? We are happy to accommodate special needs and dietary restrictions. Please inform us of any specific requirements when making your reservation.

Do dogs always have water? Yes! Dogs are never without water. Inside and outside fresh clean water is always available. We have our water tested once a year by the lab in Moncton.

What if my pet needs supplements? We are happy to accommodate. Please inform us of any specific requirements when making your reservation.

What if my pet eats raw/cooked? We are happy to accommodate. Kristen is a Certified Professional Canine Nutritionist.
