Professional Laser Therapy for Dogs
What is Laser Therapy?
Laser therapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment that uses focused light energy to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes (photobiomodulation). This can reduce pain, speed up healing, and improve overall function—without the need for medications or invasive procedures.
✨ Important: Laser therapy is not the same as LED light therapy.
-
Lasers deliver focused, powerful beams that penetrate deeply and predictably into tissues.
-
LEDs scatter light and cannot deliver the same therapeutic results.
At Auroraw, we use only veterinary-grade Class 3b and Class 4 lasers—not LEDs—because your pet deserves the most effective care possible.
The Types of Lasers We Use
We are proud to offer both Class 3b and Class 4 veterinary-grade lasers, giving us flexibility to customize treatments.
-
Class 3b (Cold Laser): Gentle, safe, applied directly to the skin for targeted control. Excellent for wounds, inflammation, and pain relief.
-
Class 4 (High-Power Laser): Delivers more energy and penetrates deeper. Highly effective for chronic issues, joint problems, and deeper injuries.
💡 Both are safe in trained hands and always administered by skilled Auroraw staff. Eye protection is used when appropriate.

FAQs
Will my dog need to be shaved?
-
No, the laser works through fur unless it is extremely dense and we need to penetrate the laser deep into the tissue.
Does it hurt?
-
No. Most dogs don’t feel anything other than the gentle pressure of the probe.
How soon will I see results?
-
Some dogs improve after one session, but most benefit from a series of treatments.
